David Dawson

I've been involved in printing and promotional products for over 25 years. I love "all things small business" and enjoy meeting other small business owners and getting to know their story. I am genuinely passionate about our clients and am proud to be a part of a team that wants to do everything possible to help them.

My favorite promotional products are pens. Pens are a passion, especially fountain pens. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Barb and am an active member of my church. Mac or Windows? Definitely Mac. And one odd place you may find me is behind the wheel of a truck load of tomatoes. As a side hobby, I've been helping local farmers deliver their produce each fall for over 20 years.

Wendy Van Eerd

As my daughter would say, "I print red on paper." It has taken me 32 years and lots of trial and error to be able to do this well.

I'm a great bowler (just ask me...don't look at my average), I'm known to chop down a few trees and Elvis is my newest obsession.

But seriously…I feel a great accomplishment when a job is finished well and I can tell the client I'm working with, "You will be pleased."

Becca Groombridge

I've been an artist my entire life. Whether sketching, painting, working in animation, or more recently graphic design, I enjoy bringing peoples' ideas to life. One of my greatest joys as a graphic designer at Instant Print & Promo is helping those who may be going through a difficult time by providing what they need when they may be overwhelmed.

Aside from my work at Instant Print, I also have the pleasure of leading the worship team at my church. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, Kirk, who is a Real Estate Broker in Chatham and our two sons, Kaiden and Kaleb who are both gifted musically. They are a huge support to me in all aspects of our life together. I grew up in Florida and came to Chatham via California which is where I met my Canadian husband and both sons were born. We enjoy the Chatham area and all it has to offer.

Todd Steinman

I have been a Customer Service Professional for over 20 years, spending the last five years in the print and promotional products industry. I enjoy meeting everyone, and genuinely take an interest in them as a person.

My two favourite promotional products are business card magnets and embroidered apparel. Nothing brings me greater satisfaction and joy than to see your branded products in colour! Outside of work, I value my time spent with my wife Katrina and our daughter Emmy. The Beatles or The Rolling Stones? Hands down, The Beatles. If I'm not found listening to the 'Fab Four', my time is spent either drawing, collecting vintage memorabilia or doing some photography.

Brent Phillips

I've been working in production at Instant Print & Promo since 1999. I'm often the last person to see your job before it goes in the box.

Never one to shy away from a project around the house, I'm often working on something to make our home better for my family. Speaking of which, my wife Jill and I have two children, Caleb and Emma. In my down-time, I enjoy movies and games.
